Phil Rotolo

Phil graduated from the University of Southern Maine in 2014 having studied Japanese History, Culture and Arts in addition to work helping create new tutoring programing and resources for ELL and International students. Following an early career supporting student intercultural and academic success at the high school level, Phil transitioned to working in higher-education - serving in a number of dynamic roles providing interdisciplinary and organizational support. 

Phil joined the Physical Therapy department at UNE as Administrative Coordinator in March 2024, seeking to further pursue passions for serving students, expanding access to education, developing resources, and strengthening academic partnerships. 

Phil spends free time traveling to Japan, working on creative arts, editing/writing, studying languages, and continuing to foster ongoing connections with international scholars and organizations.
