Shaylah Kelly, Sr. Employee Relations & Talent Development Manager, has been employed with the University of New England for 3.5 years. She originally comes from the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, with her educational background in psychology, health education, and social work from Plymouth State University, completing her degrees (M.Ed and B.S.). Prior to working at the University of New England, Shaylah worked at Plymouth State University in both student life and academia.  Shaylah's professional passions include employee well-being, professional and personal development, and creating a welcoming campus environment. A lake girl at heart, she loves her life on the coast of Maine with her family, spending time walking the dog on the beach and enjoying all that the greater Portland area has to offer.
