World Cafe for Planetary Health!

The Planetary Health Team at UNE and Office of Strategic Initiatives cordially invite you to the World Café on Planetary Health Tuesday, November 14th at 4 p.m. in Leonard Hall on the Biddeford campus.

The goal of the World Café on Planetary Health is to gather students, faculty, professional staff, and administration from across the University to discover transdisciplinary partnerships and create a roadmap for Planetary Health engagement at UNE. We are looking forward to your help!

In early 2017, UNE joined the Planetary Health Alliance (PHA) and built a cohort of faculty, professional staff, and students from across the University with the goal of setting a Planetary Health agenda at UNE. The Planetary Health Alliance was founded on the premise that problems occurring in our environment are problems impacting human health – and they must be looked at as a singular issue with a unified solution. UNE is uniquely positioned to contribute to the planetary health field with its wide breadth of expertise across all six colleges.

Please join us for a focused, facilitated dialogue as we chart a course for Planetary Health at UNE!
