Place and Narrative in the North Atlantic: Holly Parker & Bright Horizons
"Place and Narrative in the North Atlantic: Holly Parker & Bright Horizons" is part of the UNE Art Gallery's ongoing series of remote interdisciplinary public talks revolving around gallery exhibitions and academic overlap. In the context of "Bright Horizons", at the UNE Art Gallery in Biddeford (Jam 21-June 3, 2022, featuring the work of Diana Furukawa, Ingunn Milla Joergensen, Alice Jones, and Adele McFarlane Wile), UNE North director Holly Parker will converse with artists from the exhibition on the topic of a sense of place in the North Atlantic region's different nations, in the context of narrative, creativity, and art. This panel conversation will be held in-person, and will be recorded for remote viewing.
