"Rebel Governance": A panel discussion featuring Dr. Younes Abouyoub

Continuing along the same theme of conflict and state-building as was discussed in the Connections lecture, join us as Dr. Abouyoub and expert panelists discuss “rebel governance” which refers to the phenomenon that takes place in the course of civil wars or violent conflicts, when a non-state actor / armed group(s), either take control of the state or create a new one, to create a state-like governing institution or parallel governing entities, as it is happening currently in Africa and in the Middle East.
