Join Mary Fraser, SASC’s Director, speaking on “The Spectrum of Assessment at the Student Academic Success Center.”

Description of Mary’s talk:

Assessment is not a one-size-fits-all process. Learn about how SASC employs a range of assessments, large and small, each year to give us a window into how our services impact students. We’ll discuss how we defined outcomes, designed measures, and used results to take actions. 

Outcomes for the talk:

• Describe the difference in scope and purpose between a micro and a macro assessment. 

• Identify an opportunity in your unit to do either a macro or micro assessment  

• Feel better prepared to take next steps to an assessment in your unit.
