CAIEP Learning Network: Community, Belonging and IPE (Roundtable Discussion)

This 75-minute workshop will explore the intersection between the national IPEC competencies, community and belonging, and focus on teaching interprofessional and inclusive practices to health professions students. 

 

The national IPEC 2023 competencies emphasize social justice and equity, supporting intentional integration of community and belonging values into interprofessional activities. This interactive roundtable will focus on patient and team impacts of honoring identities, cultures, and differences and surface obstacles that inhibit our important work in this area.
