Elizabeth DeGrandpre awarded Campus Life Award
At the Association of College Unions International 60th Annual Regional Conference, UNE senior Elizabeth DeGrandpre from Freeport, Maine, was awarded the region's largest student honor, the Campus Life Award. This award is given out annually to an undergraduate or graduate student who "best exemplifies achievement in the college union/student activities field." Elizabeth was recognized for her outstanding campus work as a student Involvement intern, off-campus student leader, women's lacrosse student-athlete, and a former orientation advisor and leader scholar. Elizabeth was also asked to give closing remarks about her conference experience during the closing bunch.
Also recognized at the conference was UNE senior Kailtyn Dyleski from Stetson, ME. She was nominated for the Regional Student Employee of the year award for her work as the operations manager at the UNE Campus Center. We are equally as proud of Kailtyn for her nomination for this major award.
