UNE ULead Leadership Awards recognize student accomplishments
The University of New England's ULead Student Leadership Program held its first ever ULead Leadership Awards Reception on Saturday, March 28, 2009 to recognize and celebrate student leadership.
University administration, faculty, staff, students and parents all gathered as some of UNE's best student leaders were awarded for their accomplishments and service to the UNE Community.

The basic philosophy of ULead is one of involvement. We believe that when students become involved, it opens doorways through which leadership development can occur through communication and peer interactions, problem-solving, and the ability to not only create new programs but carry them out and pass their torches on to future classes of students.
