Porpoise release garners media coverage
WGME 13 TV news and the Journal Tribune on June 30th and The Portland Press Herald and Morning Sentinel (Waterville) on July 1 reported on the UNE Marine Animal Rehabilitation Center's release of a rehabilitated harbor porpoise June 30. 2010. “She had a moment of hesitation when she hit the water, kind of stopped, then took off like an arrow in three feet of water,” said Keith Matassa, MARC coordinator.
