Rebecca Boulos speaks on Blunt Youth Radio Project show
On Monday, July 21, 2014, Rebecca Boulos, Ph.D., M.P.H., assistant clinical professor in the School of Community and Population Health, will be a guest speaker on WMPG's award-winning Blunt Youth Radio Project for their show, "Salt, Sugar, Fat: The Modern Plague?"
The broadcast will run from 7:30pm to 8:30pm, and can be accessed by visiting the Blunt Radio website.
Blunt Youth Radio Project has won several Gold and Silver Reel Awards from the National Federation of Community Broadcasters and a number of First Place Radio News Awards from the Maine Association of Broadcasters. High school age youth from the Portland area, both free and incarcerated, staff the show, and are trained in all areas of radio production: interviewing, hosting, reporting, editing, and engineering.
