Daniel Brazeau participates in panel at the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy annual meeting in Maryland
Daniel Alan Brazeau, Ph.D., director of genomics, analytics and proteomics, research associate professor in the College of Pharmacy, recently participated in a panel titled, “Admissions Workshop: PCAT Prep and the AACP – Kaplan Partnership,” at the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP) annual meeting on July 11 –15, in National Harbor, Maryland.
This panel was part of an all-day session offered to AACP members concerning the admission process for pharmacy schools. Committee members discussed the partnership between AACP and KAPLAN to offer pre-pharmacy students access to KAPLAN’s preparatory course for the Pharmacy College Admission Test (PCAT).
Brazeau serves on AACP’s advisory committee, assessing the value of this partnership and how its value to pharmacy schools can be maximized. During the panel, he helped explain to attendees about the positive outcomes that can be experienced by schools that take advantage of the AACP-KAPLAN relationship.
