Natalie Campaneria presents on ergonomics at Women's Business Network Luncheon

On June 16, Natalie Campaneria, ergonomics supervisor for Baptist Health South Florida and first-year student in the Master of Public Health Program, presented “Quit Slouching... Your Mother Was Right! Ergonomics in the Workplace,” at the Women’s Business Network Luncheon, held at the Coral Gables Hyatt in Miami, Florida.

More than 50 professionals attended this event, which was coordinated by the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce. The goal of the event was to address ergonomic issues that directly impact the personal and professional lives of business professionals.

The interactive session gave participants tips on how to set up their computer stations for optimal work-place health. Strategies for implementing ergonomics into their home and business offices were also discussed.
