College of Dental Medicine professor published in prestigious implant dentistry textbook
Waeil Elmisalati, B.D.S., M.M.Sc., C.A.G.E., associate clinical professor in the College of Dental Medicine, has authored two chapters of a new textbook in international circulation. Titled “Clinical Cases in Implant Dentistry,” the book is published by Wiley-Blackwell, a leader in academic, scientific, technical, medical and scholarly works.
A valuable resource for dental professionals, the book presents 49 actual clinical cases from some of the world’s preeminent clinical scientists in implant dentistry. It covers essential topics in the field, including diagnosis, surgical site preparation and placement, restoration and maintenance of dental implants.
