UNE math professor James Quinlan appointed to Committee on Technologies in Mathematics Education
James Quinlan, Ph.D., associate professor in the Department of Mathematical Sciences, was recently appointed by the Board of Directors of the Mathematical Association of America (MAA) to a three-year term on the Committee on Technologies in Mathematics Education (CTME).
This committee is part of the MAA Council on Programs and Students in the Mathematical Sciences. CTME provides leadership to make significant recommendations and policy on innovative and practical ways in which evolving technologies affect undergraduate mathematics education now and in the future.
