UNE’s Gurkishan Chadha gives invited talks in India

Gurkishan “Guru” Singh Chadha, Ph.D., assistant clinical professor in the College of Pharmacy, was invited to speak about his research in India, giving three presentations and holding discussion sessions.  

Chadha’s first talk was at Guru Teg Bahadur Charitable Hospital in Model Town, Ludhiana. He discussed the effect of diabetes mellitus on the pharmacokinetics of IgG with clinicians and doctors. At the Chandigarh College of Pharmacy - Chandigarh Group of Colleges in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab, Chadha spoke to faculty and students about antibody therapeutics in type II diabetes mellitus and diabetic nephropathy. Chadha’s third talk focused on targets and protein molecules in drug interactions. He gave this presentation at Chitkara University’s Chitkara College of Pharmacy, speaking before faculty and students.
