UNE among top 70 online graduate programs: U.S. News and World Report
The University of New England College of Graduate and Professional Studies (CGPS) has been named among the top 70 online programs for graduate education by U.S. News and World Report in the publication’s 2021 rankings.
This is the second year in a row that the CGPS has earned the distinction by the prestigious ranking site, which surveyed more than 1,200 programs in the areas of student engagement and excellence, faculty credentials, and student services and technologies to determine the top slots — all categories in which CGPS scored highly.
“Being listed as a top online graduate program speaks to the academic excellence of our faculty, our support staff, and our graduate students,” said Martha Wilson, Ph.D., dean of the College of Graduate and Professional Studies. “I am proud that the program is ranked highly by academic peers given the number of online programs in this marketplace.”
UNE Online offers a robust, engaging, and highly interactive online learning experience. The education programs are notable for their student support services, experienced and engaged faculty, synchronous learning opportunities, active learning experiences, and use of multimedia, among other services.
