Bobbie Kallner

Bobbie joined the University of New England in March 2022. As the Associate Vice President/Chief Human Resources Officer, Bobbie oversees the Human Resources Office and the Office of Title IX and Civil Right Compliance for UNE. She brings to this role a wide range of experience as she has held global senior leadership roles in Sales, Operations, Leadership Development, and Human Resources.

In the pharmaceutical industry, Bobbie was a key developer in creating a higher standard performance evaluation process, coaching model, onboarding process, and global selling model. In addition, she has experience in leading company and department reorganizations globally consisting of up to 10K employees. Her experience as the DEI Point for a 60K employee company has led to her passion and knowledge of implementing DEI strategies internally and externally. In addition, she has experience partnering with search firms to successfully recruit Sr. Leadership talent for local and global positions. Other professional experiences include Athletic Training, Physical Therapy, and Surgical Technology.

Bobbie was educated at Butler University and Purdue University earning a degree in Biology (B.S.).
