Jill McMillin, Ph.D.

Research interests

Dr. McMillin conducted research at Washington University’s School of Medicine in the Department of Nutritional Sciences as a postdoctoral scholar in the areas of diabetes and obesity. She has taught Chemistry, Microbiology, Anatomy & Physiology, Biology, Pathophysiology, Environmental Science & Human Biology both online and in the classroom. 

It was during her graduate studies that she conducted research in a skeletal muscle physiology laboratory and fell in love with the chemical and physical functions of the human body. 

Outside of teaching, she enjoys spinning, running, crossfit, camping, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
