Kelly M. Duarte

Kelly Duarte serves as the Director of Institutional Research & Data Analytics at UNE.  Prior to joining the IR office at UNE in 2012, Kelly worked as the Associate Director for Information Systems at Hofstra University in New York, a role that worked with both the admissions and financial aid offices in providing reports and creating operational systems for the day to day work of the offices.

While in IR, Kelly has presented at the Northeast Association of Institutional Research (NEAIR) annual conference as well as at the New England Education Assessment Network (NEean) annual meeting and the Advancing a Massachusetts Culture of Assessment (AMCOA) annual event.

In 2023, Kelly completed the Lead with Impact training program at University of New England.

In 2023/24, Kelly attended and completed the AIR LEADS six month leadership development course via the Association for Institutional Research.
