Kristen R. Bailey, M.S., LAT, ATC

Kristen has been a member of the Athletic Training Faculty since August 2006.  She was also an Assistant Athletic Trainer from 2006-2013 in the Department of Athletics.  Kristen was appointed as the NCAA Faculty Athletics Representative (FAR) in December 2020. She previously worked as an Athletic Trainer at Saco Bay Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy and Bonny Eagle High School from 2005-2006 and as the Head Athletic Trainer/Clinical Instructor at University of Pittsburgh at Bradford from 2003-2005.  She received a Masters Degree in Athletic Training from California University of Pennsylvania in 2003 while also working as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at Washington and Jefferson College and a Bachelor Degree in Athletic Training from the University of New England in 2002. She has been a Certified Athletic Trainer since 2002 and licensed as an Athletic Trainer in Maine since 2005. She served as Secretary of the Maine Athletic Trainers' Association from 2015-2018 and Vice President from 2018-2020.
