Phil Shapiro, MBA, M.Ed.

Phil has an extensive record of strong financial leadership in higher education. He served for nine years as vice president for finance and chief financial officer at Babson College and has since served as interim CFO and vice president for Finance and Administration at several institutions, including Simmons College, Trinity College, Emerson College, and, most recently, Wheaton College. Prior to working in higher education, Phil held senior roles with Standard & Poor’s, the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority, and the Bank of New England, among others.
