Shannon Yarbrough, M.L.I.S, AHIP

Shannon is part of the library research and teaching team providing curriculum, research and scholarly support to faculty and students. Some services provided include instructional sessions, embedded classroom reference, student orientations, department faculty meeting presentations and bibliographic or topic resource assistance. 

Library liaison to the College of Dental Medicine as well as the Westbrook College of Health Profession: Dental Hygiene | Nursing & Nurse Anesthesia | Occupational Therapy

Shannon comes to UNE from the University of North Dakota where she served the School of Medicine and Health Sciences in the dual role of NW Clinical Campus Librarian and the Director of the Trinity Health hospital library in Minot, ND. She is an active member of the Medical Library Association, the North Atlantic Health Sciences Libraries (NAHSL), the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL), and the Maine Library Association
