Stephanie Harshman, Ph.D.

Stephanie Harshman holds her doctorate in Biochemical and Molecular Nutrition from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University. Her research interests include drug-drug and drug-nutrient interactions, and nutrition support in pediatric populations. Currently, she is completing her dietetic internship at Simmons College with recent rotations in pediatric acute care and long-term care settings.
