Stephanie Ross
Stephanie is a graduate of New York University, Tisch School of the Arts, earning her BFA in fine arts, majoring in Acting. While at NYU, she studied at the Atlantic Theatre Company with David Mamet, William H. Macy and Feleicity Huffman . Since 1989, Stephanie has acted in theatre and film in Boston, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont and Maine. She was last seen onstage this past December as Mrs. Cratchitt, Mrs. Fezziwig and the Charwoman in Portland Stage Company's A Christmas Carol.
Stephanie has been teaching acting classes and directing for the theatre for 15 years. She has worked for Manhattan Repertory Theatre, Samuel French Short Play Festival, Acorn Productions, PorFringe Theatre Festival, Freeport Players, York County Community College, The Naked Shakespeare Ensemble, Cauldron and Labry's, Falmouth Footlights, The Maine Playwright's Festival, The New YORK Theatre Company, The Crowbait Club, Massabesic School System, and South Portland High School, She is currently the co-artisitc director and co-founder of Pie Man Theatre Company in Portland, who specialize in reviving classic plays and producing new origianl works. She is also a private acting coach.
Stephanie resides in South Portland with her family and cheers relentlessly for the Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics and Bruins!!
