UNE Accounts Setup

Student Financial Services will communicate all important information about financial aid and your student account via your UNE email account.

In order to receive vital Student Financial Services communications and complete Financial Aid process requirements, you must set up your UNE account by logging in to UNE Compass, the University’s online portal, where you’ll access information and resources throughout your time at UNE. 

Follow the steps below to log into UNE Compass for the first time.

• As a first-time user, you must log in to UNE Compass from a laptop or desktop computer and have your phone available to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Your username is your Nor’easter ID. Your password on your first sign in will be the last six digits of your personal reference number (PRN). You can find your Nor’easter ID and PRN in your applicant portal and the physical admitted-student packet that was mailed to you.
• When prompted to set up your security methods, we encourage you to use the Okta Verify app.
