Our approaches
Promotion and Education
CHCC distributes Maine Department of Health and Human Services educational materials about lead poisoning prevention and runs promotional campaigns about the health risks associated with exposure to lead dust and how to request a free test for your home.
In-Home Lead Dust Wipe Tests
CHCC partners with Head Start and Maine Families in York County to conduct facilitated lead dust tests in homes.
