“It’s not who you know. It’s how you know ‘em.” This is the heart of Tom Morgan’s ethos. A veteran sales executive with 25+ years of experience, Tom leads the CSE. His expertise — honed at major brands like Reebok and PUMA — spans sales strategy, team leadership, and revenue maximization. As CEO of Breakthrough Sales Solutions, Morgan has developed strategies generating millions in revenue. His practical knowledge in multiple retail channels, sales process implementation, and compensation planning offers students a competitive edge.
