Replacement Diplomas

Students who require a new physical copy of their diploma must fill out the Replacement Diploma Application (PDF) and submit the form, along with payment, to the Registrar’s Office.

The replacement diplomas will feature all University officials’ current titles and signatures and will be issued in the university’s current diploma format.

Cost

Undergraduate and Graduate replacement diplomas are $25 per copy.

Doctoral Diplomas are $100 per copy.

Replacement diplomas can be paid for by check or money order payable to the University of New England. 

Processing Time

Please allow 4–6 weeks for processing and receipt of the diploma.
